Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 9 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Revenue Haus website. Revenue Haus is a registered business name of AI Fund Partners Pty Ltd (ABN 58 683 814 646) (“Revenue Haus”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to these terms.
1. Client engagements are separate
These website terms are deliberately high-level. Every client engagement with Revenue Haus is governed by a separate written services agreement covering scope, deliverables, fees, term, cancellation, confidentiality, IP and other commercial matters. Nothing on this website forms part of, or replaces, that agreement. In the event of any inconsistency, the signed client agreement prevails.
2. Information on the website
Content on this website — including case examples, benchmarks, ROI calculator outputs and commercial descriptions — is provided for general informational and illustrative purposes only. It is not a promise or guarantee of a specific commercial outcome. Actual results depend on many factors specific to each business.
3. No professional advice
Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. You should obtain your own advice before making any commercial decision.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, brand names, calculators and design, is owned by or licensed to Revenue Haus and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, republish or use it commercially without our prior written consent.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the website in any way that is unlawful, misleading, harmful, or that interferes with the operation of the site or other users. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems.
6. Third-party links
The website may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revenue Haus excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website or its content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
